How do I book a seat at Koizen?
Reservations are obtained through our website www.koizen.se. The details for this is available on our reservations page. We release available seats each day for two months ahead.
Can I make a reservation without booking ahead?
No, unfortunately not. Reservations are linked with our booking system, so you can’t make a reservation without booking online.
What are the opening and closing times of the Restaurant?
We are open Tuesday to Saturday, except for Swedish national holidays.
First sitting starts at 18:00 and second sitting starts at 20:30. You will be seated approximately 2 hours. If you wish to stay a while longer please book the second sitting, you will have the possibility to stay until 24:00.
How much does the dinner cost?
The Omakase menu is 895 SEK per person (including VAT), food only, drinks and extras are in addition to this.
Why is there no information about the set menu?
At koizen we serve an Omakase menu. The chefs at koizen will decide what will be served.
Do you have an alternative menu?
No, the chef decides your menu for the evening.
Can I make changes to my reservation?
We’re happy to help you if you need to make changes to your booking if it’s a possible. Send us a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long will I be seated at Koizen?
The dining experience takes approximately 2 hours.
Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code at Koizen.
Is there a waiting list if I am unable to make a reservation?
You can always send an email to check the availability at email@example.com.
What is the cancellation policy?
We do understand that cancellations due to illness may occur. To cancel your reservation please follow the link provided in your confirmation or inform us as soon as possible at, firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us 031 318 68 10, Monday to Friday 10:00-13:00. If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours your credit card will be charged.
If I am allergic or need a diet, can I eat at Koizen?
Send us a email email@example.com where you explain the details of your diet and we will do our best to accommodate you as much as possible, note that if you have a extreme allergy, we will not have the possibility to help you, due to our small sushi-bar and the possibility of contamination.
How can I pay my final bill?
You can pay your final bill with Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard or American Express. We do not accept cash.
Are there car-parking facilities?
Unfortunately we do not have car-parking facilities. We do recommend using Gothenburg local transportation to get to our locations.
Are children allowed?
We welcome children over the age of 10 years old as long as they behave in a normal manner.
Do you have a children’s menu?
No. We have one menu chosen by our skilled sushi chefs
Is there a different price for children?
No, we’re afraid there is no reduced price for children.
