At Koizen, we offer an omakase multi-course tasting menu designed to allow you to experience the essence of sushi. This menu will change day to day and differ at our different locations depending on market availability. We serve only the highest quality fish, hand selected each morning by our experienced staff. With these ingredients, our talented chefs will prepare you a truly artistic meal. We recommend that you consume each dish as soon as it is served in order to savor the harmony of freshly prepared and perfectly balanced sushi.
